1. Services

Sharda Shop provides access to qualified and experienced Pandit Ji for performing various religious and ceremonial pujas.
We offer both in-person and virtual services, depending on the client’s preferences and location. Services must be booked in advance, subject to the availability of Pandit Ji.

2. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or email. Once the booking is confirmed, we will provide details of the assigned Pandit Ji and service schedule.
Clients must ensure accurate and complete information is provided during the booking process, including the correct time, date, and location of the puja.

3. Service Fees

The fees for each puja service are listed on our website and may vary based on the type of ceremony, duration, location, and additional requirements.
A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the Pandit Ji’s services.
Full payment is due before or on the day of the ceremony unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations by Client: If a client wishes to cancel a booking, they must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the puja. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling: Clients can request to reschedule a puja at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to the availability of the Pandit Ji.
Cancellations by Sharda Shop: In rare circumstances, if we are unable to provide the services due to unforeseen events or emergencies, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the necessary items and preparations for the puja (such as puja samagri, venue readiness, etc.) are in place before the arrival of the Pandit Ji. If required, we may assist with procuring certain items upon prior agreement.
The client agrees to maintain a respectful and conducive environment for the conduct of religious services. Inappropriate behavior or disturbances may lead to the immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Liability

sharda shop and the Pandit Ji will perform all services with the utmost respect and professionalism. However, we are not responsible for any disruptions or delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, venue issues, etc.).
We will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the client’s failure to meet the necessary requirements for the puja, nor for any actions taken by the client or attendees during or after the ceremony.

7. Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation by [Your Company Name] due to unavoidable circumstances, clients will be entitled to a full refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled puja, unless exceptional circumstances apply (at the discretion of sharda shop).
